4..12.1 Company to be accredited Halal

The company to be approved Halal Logo for service shall be inspected by the following requirements :

1. The company shall have Muslim staff who registered with the ICC up to case.
2. The staff stated in item (1) shall make daily record for the company according to the ICC.

5. 5. Manufacturing Process of Consumer Products and Service All processed food is halal if it meets the following requirements :

1. The product or its ingredients do not contain any haram components according to Islamic law.
2. The product does not contain anything in any quantity that is decreed as najis by Islamic law.
3. The product or its ingredients are safe and not harmful.
4. The product is prepared, processed or manufactured using equipment and facilities that are free from contamination with haram components.
5. During its preparation, processing, packaging, storage or transportation, it shall be physically separated from any other food that does not meet the requirements specified in item (a, b, c and d) or any things that are decreed as haram by Islamic law.
6. During its preparation, processing, packaging, storage or transportation, it shall be separated from any components that are decreed as haram or najis although they have not been in contact with the food directly i.e. carriers, dispersing agents or processing aid agents.
