4.1.1.1 Halal animals

 

The following animals are considered halal :

  • Livestock i.e. cattle, sheep, goats, camels, chicken, geese, ducks and turkey
  • Non predatory animals i.e. Deer, Eldest deer, big horn sheep, gaurs and zebras
  • Non predatory birds i.e. Pigeons, sparrows, partridges and ostriches
  • Grasshoppers
